Earthshine is designed with privacy as its core principle. All personal data, including your name, birthdate, and the information of people you add, is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. We do not transmit this data to any external servers.

2. Contacts Access

If you grant the "Contacts" permission, we use it solely to allow you to import birthdays from your address book. This data remains on your device and is never shared or uploaded.

3. Media Library Access

We request access to your media library only to save shared "Eclipse Moments" (images) to your camera roll. We do not access or collect any of your other photos or videos.

4. Analytics

We may use minimal, anonymous analytics to track app stability and feature usage to improve the experience. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected.

• Points earned in the app ("Pages") have no monetary value.
• Physical rewards claimed through the "Book of Moons" are subject to availability and limited to Kickstarter backers (if applicable).
